Do I need to have all plans drawn and ready before meeting with the East Coast Construction SD Estimator?
Answer: No, you don’t need to have any plans drawn up before you meet with our estimator. In fact it makes us happier when we are able to complete a remodel with a customer from the very beggining, allowing you to focus on what will make your daily life easier within your home. We will meet you, listen and work with your ideas and make it happen. Our professional designer will work with you and make that dream kitchen feel more like a reality. If you do have the plans we will be happy to review it.

Answer: Yes, we are Builder Contractor, licensed in the state of Florida since 2005 (CBC1257979). We also have a current Worker Compensation and General Liability Insurance.

Who will oversee my projects?
Answer: Daily onsite supervision by one of our highly experienced supervisors is a given. On site supervisors are backed by our project managers. Oversite will be done by our company president who will be in communication with not only his team but also you the homeowner on a frequent basis.
